Een dergelijke overeenkomst legt de afspraken vast die tussen de partijen gemaakt zijn.\u00a0Vaak zijn arbeidsovereenkomsten pas belangrijk wanneer een contract be\u00ebindigd wordt of als er een conflict bestaat. Een concurrentiebeding mag alleen worden opgenomen als er sprake is van een zwaarwegend bedrijfs- of dienstbelang en het moet redelijk zijn qua duur, geografische reikwijdte en de aard van de werkzaamheden.
